Rental policy

Rental Policy Reservations are confirmed once payment is received. Cancellations made 7+ days before the rental receive a full refund; 3–6 days receive 50%; cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. Rescheduling must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and is subject to availability. Customer pickup and return are standard. Delivery and return service are available for an additional fee within the City of Las Vegas. Equipment must be returned on time, clean, and in the same condition received. Late returns, excessive cleaning, missing items, or damage beyond normal wear may result in additional charges. The renter is responsible for the equipment and all included pieces from pickup/delivery until return. A refundable security deposit may be required and will be returned after inspection, less any applicable charges. Equipment may not be permanently altered, painted, drilled, or damaged. Removable decorations are permitted if they leave no damage or residue. Renters are responsible for protecting equipment during outdoor use and bad weather. Add-ons are subject to availability. Early returns do not receive partial refunds. If Kitchen One cannot fulfill a confirmed reservation, the customer may receive a full refund or reschedule. By booking, the renter agrees to these terms.
